In over 20 years of business they’ve never missed a single deadline – a borderline impossible feat – given the massive amount of tents, tables, and chairs they deliver on a given day.
Mike let me come by and tour his facility and you would not believe how organized they are.
There’s literally thousands of tent posts, tables, and chairs – everything has a specific spot and it’s all put away where it’s supposed to be.
If you’ve ever worked in a warehouse before you know how difficult it is to keep proper organization, for everything to be that neat and organized is almost impossible.
It’s not like all the tables, chairs, tents, and parts get put away just once…
These are all being used on a weekly, if not daily basis!
Mike say’s the organization plays a big role in them never missing a setup or tear down deadline.

“Treat every client like they are a million dollar client even if someone comes into the shop to rent a small machine for a day or a handful of tables or chairs for a small party – five years later when their daughter is getting married they’re going to come back to us to rent what they need because of the service we provided years ago.
